LivelyDogs.com - FAQ's
How many dogs do you take on a walk?
We will never take more than 4 livelydogs at a time. Control, safety and enjoyment are all paramount, and taking more than 4 energetic dogs at any time, would compromise these important values.
What will happen in the unlikely event of an emergency?
Contact numbers, veterinarian details, vaccination and medical history are all taken before any dog leaves for some first time adventure. In the unlikely event of an emergency I will contact you immediately to discuss the best course of action. If it is not possible to contact you, I will contact and then take your dog, without delay, to the veterinary practice given in your details.
Are you insured? Police checked?
Livelydogs.com is fully insured for public liability, by a custom built policy from Premierline Direct, specialists in business insurance, and finalists in the British Insurance Awards 2006.
For your safety and piece of mind, Livelydogs.com has also been police checked and confirmed as having no prior criminal history, County Court or High Court Judgements.
Can we undertake a walk with you?
Yes. Anyone and everyone are welcome to come along on one of our walks. I actively encourage owners to come and walk with us, and see up close, the service we are providing them and their dogs. Please let me know in advance the walk you would like to undertake, and any dietary requirements as refreshments will be provided.
Do you board dogs?
We are currently looking into arrangements for boarding, Due to the nature of livelydogs, this will be done on an individual basis, based on suitability and compatibility. More soon.
